Dakota Textiles warrants and implies that the items delivered will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of not less than one (1) year from the date of delivery when used for the particular purpose. Dakota Textiles will replace, at its options, all parts found defective within the period with cost of replacement, including shipping charges.
